Post Turkey Day
I slept in and did a light extended warmup routine, instead of a full workout. Just enough to get blood circulating and to stretch. Tomorrow, back to the regular routine!
Jump in tomorrow!....I lost 2 days,..Wednesday AND Thursday to holiday hoop-de-loop! I worked out tonite and feel back to normal. The GOOD normal.
You'll find that if there are lapses in your training after being consistent for awhile, you'll feel a bit out of place...strange. Go back to your favorite AB machine and get it going! The AB workouts tend to spread energy to the rest of the body and make the workouts easier.
